Cheddar-Herb Beer Bread

3 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
12 ounces beer
1 tsp chili/cayenne powder
1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar

Mix the dry ingredients well. Add the beer. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 375F for 50-55 minutes.

I think I might make this today!
