I saw this post on Hamburger's House this morning. Loki is a rescue dog, and if/when we get a second dog, we'll rescue from our local Humane Society again. There are so many good dogs out there who just want to be loved and have a safe place to call home. I can't imagine coming home from work and not having that little tail wagging at me. Not to mention the onslaught of puppy kisses I get just for walking in the door.
There are so many dogs being rescued from the lot, and there are still so many to go. If you live near Oregon, or know someone who does, please forward the link to them.
